What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, email address and the details of the property or deal you are looking for. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about the property you want. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To email you deals that match your brief, only if you ticked the box to ask for them. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees it
Only Special Touch Properties. Your enquiry is sent by our web host (IONOS) to our email inbox. We never sell your details. The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep the records the law requires, including anti-money-laundering records for five years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Reply STOP to any email, or contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we use your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
